À l'issue d'une enquête effectuée par l'Office, un rapport est établi sous l'autorité du directeur général. Ce rapport fait le point sur la base juridique de l'enquête, les phases procédurales qui ont été suivies, les faits constatés et leur qualification juridique, le respect des garanties de procédure conformément à l'article 7 bis , l'incidence sur les intérêts financiers de l'Union ainsi que les conclusions de l'enquête, y compris les recommandations sur les suites qu'il convient de lui donner».
On completion of an investigation by the Office, a report shall be drawn up, under the authority of the Director-General, which shall give an account of the legal basis for the investigation, the procedural steps followed, the facts established and their legal qualification, the respect of the procedural guarantees in accordance with Article 7a, the impact on the financial interests of the Union, if any, and the conclusions of the investigation, including recommendations on follow-up action that should be taken".
