Les parties requérantes demandent à être indemnisées pour le préjudice qu’elles ont subi en raison, premièrement, de l’interdiction d’importation entrée en vigueur en octobre 2005 en ce qui concerne les oiseaux capturés dans leur milieu naturel, deuxièmement, de la prolongation de cette interdiction et, troisièmement, des restrictions appliquées à partir du 1er juillet 2007 à l’importation d’oiseaux, qui perpétuent, en pratique, l’interdiction d’importation d’oiseaux capturés dans leur milieu naturel.
The applicants seek compensation for the harm which they have suffered as a result of, first, the ban on the importation of birds caught in the wild, which entered into effect in October 2005, second, the extensions of that ban, and, third, the restrictions which have been in force since 1 July 2007 on the importation of birds and which, de facto, continue the prohibition of the importation of birds caught in the wild.
