Les composants sanguins dérogeant aux normes obligatoires définies à l’annexe V de la directive 2004/33/CE ne peuvent faire l’objet d’une libération en vue d’une transfusion que dans des cas exceptionnels et avec l'accord, consigné par écrit, du médecin prescripteur et du médecin de l'établissement de transfusion sanguine.

Blood components deviating from required standards set out in Annex V to Directive 2004/33/EC shall be released for transfusion only in exceptional circumstances and with the recorded agreement of the prescribing physician and the blood establishment physician.
