Les agriculteurs détenant des droits spéciaux visés à l’article 44, paragraphe 1, ou les agriculteurs bénéficiant des primes aux secteurs de la viande ovine et de la viande caprine visées au titre IV, chapitre 1, section 10, ou des paiements pour la viande bovine visés au titre IV, chapitre 1, section 11, ou les agriculteurs bénéficiant du soutien spécifique visé au titre III, chapitre 5, qui possèdent un nombre d’hectares inférieur au seuil retenu par l’État membre en cas d’application du premier alinéa, point b), sont soumis à la condition établie au premier alinéa, point a), du présent paragraphe.
Farmers holding special entitlements referred to in Article 44(1) or farmers receiving the premiums for sheep and goat referred to in Section 10 of Chapter 1 of Title IV or the beef and veal payment referred to in Section 11 of Chapter 1 of Title IV or farmers receiving specific support referred to in Chapter 5 of Title III who hold fewer hectares than the threshold selected by a Member State when point (b) of the first subparagraph is applied, shall be subject to the condition referred to in point (a) of the first subparagraph of this paragraph.
