Proposition n° 43 | La Commission adoptera en 2012 une proposition de modification du règlement relatif aux droits des passagers aériens, notamment à la lumière des effets de la récente crise du volcan islandais, et, en cas d'adoption de la proposition législative relative au secteur routier (bus et autocars), une Communication sur les droits de passagers dans tous les modes de transport.
Proposal No 43 | In 2012 the Commission will adopt a proposal amending the regulation on the rights of air passengers, particularly in the light of the crisis triggered by the recent volcanic eruption in Iceland, and – should the legislative proposal on the road transport sector (buses and coaches) be adopted – a Communication on the rights of passengers using all means of transport.
