Bien que le plan d’action en faveur de l’écotechnologie doive être mis en œuvre, il ne faut pas oublier le besoin d’investissements dans les infrastructures sociales, car il n’y aura pas d’accroissement de la productivité sans rendre plus compatibles le travail et la famille et, partant, sans accroître le nombre de femmes qui travaillent.
Although the environmental technologies action plan must be implemented, we must not forget the need to invest in social infrastructure, for there will be no increase in productivity if we do not make work and family more compatible and thereby increase the number of women in work.
