The competent authority may, in accordance with transparent, non-discriminatory, objective, relevant and proportionate criteria, determine the range of commercial activities to be carried out in the port or parts of the port, in particular the categories of cargo to be handled, and the allocation of port space or capacity to such activities, pursuant to the published development policy of the port, without this constituting a limitation of the number of providers.
L'autorité compétente peut déterminer, selon des critères transparents, non discriminatoires, objectifs, pertinents et proportionnés, l'éventail des activités commerciales qui seront réalisées dans le port ou des parties du port, en particulier les catégories de fret à gérer, ainsi que l'attribution d'espace ou de capacité portuaire à ces activités, conformément à la politique publiée de développement du port, sans qu'il s'agisse d'une limitation du nombre de fournisseurs.
