4. Where an amendment is made to a pension plan referred to in subsection 3(1) and the amendment affects the cost of benefits or creates an initial unfunded liability, the Minister shall cause the Chief Actuary to conduct an actuarial review of the plan as of the effective date of the amendment.
4. Dans le cas où une modification apportée à un régime de pensions visé au paragraphe 3(1) porte sur le coût des prestations ou établit un passif initial non capitalisé, le ministre demande à l’actuaire en chef d’effectuer une révision actuarielle à compter de la date d’entrée en vigueur de la modification.
