establish or further develop joint structures, tools and processes (e.g. ESSnet – collaborative networks between partners of the ESS with the aim of avoiding duplication of work and, therefore, increasing efficiency) involving national authorities and relevant Community services and facilitating the specialisation of certain Member States in specific statistical activities for the benefit of the ESS as a whole.
établir ou développer des structures, des outils et des processus communs (par exemple ESSnet — réseaux de coopération établis entre les partenaires du SSE afin d’éviter les doubles emplois et, par voie de conséquence, d’améliorer l’efficacité), en associant les autorités nationales et les services concernés de la Communauté et en facilitant la spécialisation de certains États membres dans des activités statistiques spécifiques au profit du SSE dans son ensemble.
