It's not just a monopoly in the sense that they start out owning the total industry, but you start out with a monopoly with no commitments to a large number of the workforce, no money for Air Canada workers to ensure them early retirement, and you ensure that no new entrants can enter the game because you have this no-frill airline flying out of Hamilton that's supported by the larger monopoly, and they can undercut or ensure that no one else can come in and play the game.
