If we are protecting the names of products in geographic locations or products across the world, both in Europe and here, then I think the distiller in Nova Scotia has been very generic in calling it Glen Breton Single Malt Whisky as opposed to labelling it as what it is, a very fine Scotch.
Si nous protégeons le nom des produits fabriqués dans certaines régions géographiques du monde, tant en Europe qu'ici, je crois dans ce cas-là que le distillateur de Nouvelle-Écosse a opté pour un nom générique en appelant son produit Glen Breton Single Malt Whisky au lieu de l'appeler par le nom scotch alors que c'est bien évidemment un scotch de qualité supérieure.
