En effet, l’emballage à tortillons (forme de papillote), dans sa couleur marron clair ou dorée, ne se différencie pas substantiellement des emballages des produits en question (bonbons, caramels), qui sont communément utilisés dans le commerce, venant ainsi naturellement à l’esprit comme une forme d’emballage typique desdits produits.
