704.69 After June 30, 2008, no person shall conduct a takeoff in a transport category aeroplane, or in a non-transport category aeroplane in respect of which a type certificate was issued after December 31, 1964, that is equipped with a flight instrument Pitot heating system unless the aeroplane is also equipped with a Pitot heat indication system that meets the requirements of section 525.1326 of Chapter 525 — Transport Category Aeroplanes of the Airworthiness Manual.
704.69 Après le 30 juin 2008, il est interdit d’effectuer le décollage d’un avion de catégorie transport, ou d’un avion ne faisant pas partie de la catégorie transport à l’égard duquel un certificat de type a été délivré après le 31 décembre 1964, qui est muni d’un système de chauffage Pitot d’instrument de vol, à moins qu’il ne soit également muni d’un système d’indication de chauffage Pitot qui est conforme aux exigences de l’article 525.1326 du chapitre 525 — Avions de catégorie transport du Manuel de navigabilité.
