The Communication underlined the need for action at Community level to achieve a harmonised and balanced approach on the use of radio spectrum in particular in the areas of communications, broadcasting, transport, research and protection of human health, in order to ensure such use respects internal market principles, and to protect Community interests at international level.
La communication souligne la nécessité d'une action au niveau communautaire pour mettre au point une approche harmonisée et équilibrée de l'utilisation du spectre radioélectrique, notamment dans les secteurs des communications, de la radiodiffusion, des transports, de la recherche et de la protection de la santé humaine, afin de faire en sorte que ces utilisations respectent les principes du marché intérieur et de protéger les intérêts communautaires au niveau international.
