2. By way of derogation from Article 5, a Member State may provide that a holder of a university degree or equivalent qualification in one or more of the subjects referred to in Article 6 may be exempted from the test of the ability to apply in practice his theoretical knowledge of such subjects when he has received practical training in them attested by an examination or diploma recognized by the State.

Par dérogation à l'article 5, les États membres peuvent prévoir que les titulaires de diplômes universitaires ou équivalents, portant sur une ou plusieurs matières visées à l'article 6, soient dispensés du contrôle de la capacité d'appliquer les connaissances théoriques à la pratique sur ces matières lorsqu'elles ont fait l'objet d'une formation pratique sanctionnée par un examen ou un diplôme reconnu par l'État.
