(2) No person shall manufacture a product if malt or malt and other ingredients are infused and the resultant wort is used in the manufacturing process, unless a formula is submitted and approved by the Minister, and the person manufacturing the product has, jointly with a guarantee company approved by the Minister, entered into a bond to Her Majesty in the sum of five thousand dollars conditioned on the complete manufacture of the goods in accordance with the formula and compliance with such other conditions as are prescribed by ministerial regulations.
(2) Nul ne peut fabriquer un produit si du malt ou du malt et d’autres ingrédients sont infusés et si le moût qui en résulte est employé dans le procédé de fabrication, à moins qu’une formule ne soit soumise et approuvée par le ministre et que le fabricant n’ait, conjointement avec une compagnie de garantie agréée par le ministre, souscrit un cautionnement en faveur de Sa Majesté pour une somme de cinq mille dollars, portant pour conditions la fabrication complète des produits en conformité avec la formule et l’observation des autres dispositions que prescrivent les règlements ministériels.
