1. Les entités adjudicatrices qui ont passé un marché ou un accord-cadre, envoient un avis concernant les marchés passés visé à l'annexe XVI. Cet avis est envoyé dans des conditions à définir par la Commission, conformément à la procédure visée à l'article 68, paragraphe 2, dans un délai de deux mois après la passation du marché ou de l'accord-cadre.
1. Contracting entities which have awarded a contract or a framework agreement shall, within two months of the award of the contract or framework agreement, send a contract award notice as referred to in Annex XVI under conditions to be laid down by the Commission in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 68(2).
