17) les organisations interprofessionnelles constituées à l'initiative d'opérateurs individuels, ou déjà regroupées, et lorsqu'elles représentent une parie significative des différentes catégories professionnelles du secteur des produits de la pêche, sont susceptibles de contribuer à une meilleure prise en compte des réalités du marché, de faciliter l'évolution des comportements économiques en vue d'améliorer la connaissance, comme l'organisation de la production, la présentation et la commercialisation des produits; dès lors que les actions de ces organisations interprofessionnelles peuvent participer en général à la réalisation des objectifs fixés
par l'arti ...[+++]cle 33 du traité, et en particulier de ceux du présent règlement, il convient, après avoir défini les types d'actions concernés, d'accorder aux États membres la faculté de reconnaissance de celles de ces organisations qui mènent des actions positives au regard des objectifs précités; il convient, dans certaines conditions, de prévoir des dispositions en ce qui concerne l'extension des règles adoptées par les organisations interprofessionnelles et le partage des frais consécutifs à cette extension; cette procédure est soumise au contrôle de la Commission qui peut, dans certaines circonstances, prononcer la nullité des extensions en cause; (
