What we have in the current Bill C-24 is a case where moneys that are owed effectively to the Government of Canada are subject to a rate calculated through the Government of Canada treasury bills sold at auctions of Government of Canada treasury bills during the first month of the calendar quarter and 4%. [English] Mrs. Bev Desjarlais: Actually, in the spirit of getting unanimous consent, on paragraph (d), which I believe is the only item on which some of the members appear to have some reservation, rather than say “impose a comprehensive economic embargo”, could we use wording such as “consider imposing a comprehensive economic embargo” on Burma, and then continuing on, instead of saying “companies that violate the embargo”, say “companies that invest in Burma”?
