b) de sensibiliser les acteurs concernés à l'importance qu'il y a de prendre des initiatives visant à parvenir à une participation équilibrée des femmes et des hommes aux postes publics à tous les niveaux, en accordant une attention particulière à la promotion d'une composition équilibrée des comités, commissions et groupes de travail au niveau tant national que communautaire;
(b) raise the awareness of those involved of the importance of taking initiatives to achieve balanced participation of women and men in public positions at all levels, paying particular attention to the promotion of a balanced composition in committees, commissions and working parties at national as well as Community level;
