1. Les États membres interdisent à tout aéronef, exploité par des transporteurs de RPDC ou provenant de RPDC d'atterrir sur leur territoire, d'en décoller ou de le survoler, en accord avec leurs autorités nationales et conformément à leur législation nationale, et dans le respect du droit international, en particulier les accords pertinents dans le domaine de l'aviation civile internationale.
1. Member States shall deny permission to land in, take off from or overfly their territory to any aircraft, operated by DPRK carriers or originating from the DPRK in accordance with their national authorities and legislation and consistent with international law, in particular relevant international civil-aviation agreements.
