Ce consentement peut être donné notamment aux fins de la réinsertion sociale, si la personne condamnée a l’intention de s’installer, sans perdre son droit de résidence, dans un autre État membre parce qu’elle s’y est vu accorder un contrat de travail, si elle est un membre de la famille d’une personne qui a sa résidence légale habituelle dans cet État membre ou si elle a l’intention de suivre des études ou une formation dans cet État membre, conformément au droit communautaire.
In particular, consent may be given, with a view to social rehabilitation, where the sentenced person, without losing his/her right of residence, intends to move to another Member State because he/she is granted an employment contract, if he/she is a family member of a lawful and ordinary resident person of that Member State, or if he/she intends to follow a study or training in that Member State, in accordance with Community law.
