The Agency and the Commission, their officials, servants and other persons working under their supervision shall not disclose information acquired or exchanged by them pursuant to this Regulation and of the kind covered by the obligation of professional secrecy and confidentiality.
L’Agence et la Commission, ainsi que leurs fonctionnaires, agents et autres personnes travaillant sous leur autorité ne divulguent pas les renseignements qu'ils ont recueillis ou échangés en application du présent règlement et qui, par leur nature, sont couverts par l'obligation de secret professionnel et de confidentialité.
