4. The Commission shall, in cooperation with the AdCos on Ecodesign and Energy Labelling, elaborate guidelines for the enforcement of this Regulation, in particular as regards best practices for product testing and the sharing of information between national market surveillance authorities and the Commission.

La Commission, en coopération avec les AdCos sur l'écoconception et sur l'étiquetage énergétique, élabore des lignes directrices aux fins de l'application du présent règlement, portant notamment sur les bonnes pratiques en matière d'essais des produits et d'échange d'informations entre les autorités nationales de surveillance du marché et la Commission.
