Le président Barroso et le commissaire Dimas ont dévoilé aujourd'hui une gigantesque affiche apposée sur le principal bâtiment de la Commission à Bruxelles représentant la terre dans l'univers avec un thermostat mesurant l'augmentation de sa température, sous le titre «Le changement climatique: vous pouvez le maîtriser».
