It was agreed that the committee allow the recording of the in camera portions of today's meeting, that one copy be kept in the office of the clerk of the committee for consultation by committee members present and/or by the committee analysts, and that the recording be destroyed by the clerk when authorized to do so by the Subcommittee on Agenda and Procedure, but no later than at the end of this parliamentary session.
Il est entendu que le comité autorise l'enregistrement des parties de la séance d'aujourd'hui, qui se déroulent à huis clos, qu'une copie sera conservée au greffier pour consultation par les membres du comité présents et les analystes du comité, et que l'enregistrement sera détruit par le greffier du comité lorsque le Sous-comité du programme et de la procédure l'autorisera, au plus tard à la fin de la présente session parlementaire.
