2. Where the use of the centralised infrastructures or airport installations is subject to a fee, the managing body of the airport or, where relevant, the managing body of the centralised infrastructure shall ensure that the level of the fee is set on the basis of relevant, objective, transparent and non-discriminatory criteria.

Si l’utilisation des infrastructures centralisées ou des installations aéroportuaires est soumise à une redevance, l’entité gestionnaire de l’aéroport ou, le cas échéant, l’entité gestionnaire des infrastructures centralisées veille à ce que le niveau de cette redevance soit fixé sur la base de critères pertinents, objectifs, transparents et non discriminatoires.
