(b) on the first day of the thirteenth month following the month in which the check was completed, where the pilot successfully completes the six-month recurrency training that has been approved by the Minister, in accordance with the Commercial Air Service Standards, as a substitute for the pilot proficiency check and that is identified in the company operations manual; or
b) soit le premier jour du treizième mois suivant celui au cours duquel l’intéressé a subi le contrôle de la compétence du pilote, lorsque le pilote termine avec succès l’entraînement périodique de six mois approuvé par le ministre conformément aux Normes de service aérien commercial en tant que substitut au contrôle de la compétence du pilote et qui est précisé dans le manuel d’exploitation de la compagnie;
