There were some sent to hunters' and trappers' associations in the early days—in 1993 and 1994—to individuals, to the territorial government for dispersal throughout its departments, to a couple of hamlet councils who had indicated an interest, to the Chamber of Mines, the Mining Association of Canada, the Canadian Arctic Petroleum Producers, the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers, the Canadian Energy Pipeline Association.
