Whereas, in order to recognize the scientific advances on the one hand and the technical equipment of official laboratories on the other, and with the aim of increasing the efficiency and profitability of these laboratories, there is good reason to allow automated analytical methods to be applied under certain conditions; whereas it is important to specify that, where a dispute arises, the automated methods may not replace the reference methods and the usual methods;
considérant que, afin de tenir compte du progrès scientifique d'une part et de l'équipement technique des laboratoires officiels d'autre part et dans le but de rendre le travail de ces laboratoires plus efficace et plus rentable, il y a lieu de permettre l'application des méthodes d'analyse automatisées sous certaines conditions; qu'il importe de préciser qu'en cas de litige les méthodes automatisées ne peuvent remplacer les méthodes de référence et les méthodes usuelles;
