25. Recommends the further strengthening
of the multilateral track of the Eastern Partnership in order to foster a climate of cooperation, friendship and good neighbourly relations that will support the objectives of political association and particularly economic integration and the encouragement of multilateral initiatives for cooperation and joint projects, as well as making further progress on cross-border and regional coopera
tion, especially in areas such as transport, people-to-people contacts, the environment, border security,
...[+++]and energy security, and recalls the high importance the EU attaches to the Euronest Parliamentary Assembly in this regard; believes that cooperation should nevertheless continue, where possible, on a bilateral basis between the EU, on the one side, and the partner countries, on the other; 25. préconise un renforcement accru du multilatéralisme du partenariat oriental, afin de créer un climat de coopération, d'amitié et de bon voisinage qui contribuera aux objectifs d'association politique et, en particulier, d'intégration économique, et favorisera les initiatives multilatérales de coopération et de projets communs; préconise également davantage de progrès en matière de coopération transfrontalière et régionale, notamment dans les domaines du transport, des relations interpersonnelles, de l'environnement, de la sécurité aux frontières et de la sécurité énergétique, et rappelle l'importance majeure que l'Union attache à l'Assemblée parlementaire Euronest à cet égard; estime que la coopération doit néanmoins se poursuivre, si
