In fact, I think this whole bill should be combed through and be looked at under a microscope to find any other places where the language is so mandatory and so binding that it doesn't leave the option for first nations communities to opt in or opt out, or to avail themselves of this guidance, if they see fit and if they wish.
De fait, je pense qu'il faudrait passer au peigne fin tout le projet de loi, l'examiner au microscope, pour trouver tous les autres endroits où le libellé est si contraignant qu'il ne laisse pas l'option aux Premières nations de se désister, ou au contraire de se laisser guider par ce texte, si elles le souhaitent.
