In reading the newspapers this morning I noticed that much of the media has focused its concerns on the new system of block funding, the Canada social transfer which will result, it says, in fewer services being provided by the provinces.
En lisant les journaux ce matin, j'ai constaté qu'une bonne partie des médias se sont concentrés sur le nouveau système de financement global, appelé Transfert social canadien, qui aura pour résultat, selon eux, que les provinces fourniront moins de services.
