We have seen the work of Canada Lands surveyors in some of the legislation that has come before us. The boundaries of new national parks such as Vuntut National Park in the Yukon, in 1994; the descriptions of boundaries of land transfers affecting Indian reserves, which appear as Orders in Council; even the boundaries of federal electoral districts.
