3. The Commodity Board is authorized to regulate the marketing of broiler chickens in interprovincial and export trade and for such purposes may, with respect to persons and property situated within the Province of Saskatchewan, exercise all or any powers like the powers exercisable by it in relation to the marketing of broiler chickens locally within that Province under sections 2 and 22 of the Plan, excepting the powers exercisable under paragraphs 22(j) and (k) of the Plan.
3. L’Office de commercialisation est autorisé à régler la vente du poulet à griller sur le marché interprovincial et dans le commerce d’exportation et, pour ces objets, à exercer, à l’égard des personnes et des biens qui se trouvent dans les limites de la province de la Saskatchewan, tous pouvoirs semblables à ceux qu’il peut exercer quant au placement du poulet à griller, localement, dans les limites de cette province en vertu des articles 2 et 22 du Plan, à l’exception des pouvoirs qu’il peut exercer en vertu des alinéas 22j) et k) du Plan.
