In January this year the Commission received a complaint from the Committee of European Copier Manufacturers (CECOM) on behalf of producers of PPCs alleging that a number of companies were assembling PPCs in the Community in order to circumvent the anti- dumping duty imposed in February 1987 on PPCs originating in Japan.
En janvier 1988, la Commission a reçu une plainte du CECOM, Comité des Fabricants Européens d'Appareils de Copie, au nom de producteurs de photocopieurs à papier ordinaire (PPC) affirmant qu'un nombre de sociétés assemblaient des PPC dans la Communauté afin de contournerle droit antidumping imposé en février 1987 sur les PPC originaires du Japon.
