The Commission could support the compromise set out in amendment 2, which adds a recital to the Council’s common position specifying the right of Parliament to be informed in accordance with Article 7(3) of Decision 1999/468/EC and, more particularly, to receive the draft annual programme relating to the civil justice financial programme when it is submitted to the management committee.
La Commission accepte le compromis défini à l’amendement 2, qui ajoute un considérant à la position commune du Conseil spécifiant le droit accordé au Parlement d’être informé conformément à l’article 7, paragraphe 3, de la décision 1999/468/CE, et plus particulièrement de recevoir le projet de programme annuel concernant le programme financier de justice civile quand il est soumis au comité de gestion.
