hen an operation is complete, the Special Committee may decide, on the basis of a proposal by the administrator or by a Member State, that the administrator, with the assistance of the accounting
officer and of the operation commander, shall submit to the Special Committee the manageme
nt accounts and the balance sheet for that operation, at least up to the date on which it was completed

Lorsqu'une opération est achevée, le comité spécial peut décider, sur proposition de l'administrateur ou d'un État membre, que l'administrateur, avec le concours du comptable et du commandant d'opération, soumettra au comité spécial le compte de gestion ainsi que le bilan de cette opération au moins jusqu'à sa date d'achèvement et, si possible, jusqu'à sa date de liquidation.
