Following the second contact group on Libya in Rome on May 5, 2011, the United Kingdom established an International Stabilisation Response Team, ISRT, to assess Benghazi and the surrounding areas in order to identify the immediate challenges to stabilization in Libya.
Après la réunion du groupe de contact sur la Libye, à Rome, le 5 mai 2011, le Royaume-Uni a mis sur pied l’Équipe internationale de stabilisation et d’intervention, l’EISI, pour évaluer la situation à Benghazi et dans les régions avoisinantes, afin d’identifier les enjeux immédiats pouvant nuire au processus de stabilisation en Libye.
