(h)a description of the tools, material, technical equipment, staff numbers and know-how and/or sources of supply — with an indication of the geographical location when it is outside the territory of the Union — which the economic operator has at its disposal to perform the contract, cope with any additional needs required by the contracting authority/entity as a result of a crisis or carry out the maintenance, modernisation or adaptation of the supplies covered by the contract.
h)une description de l’outillage, du matériel et de l’équipement technique, des effectifs du personnel et de son savoir-faire et/ou des sources d’approvisionnement avec une indication de l’implantation géographique lorsqu’elle se trouve hors du territoire de l’Union, dont l’opérateur économique dispose pour exécuter le marché, faire face à d’éventuelles augmentations des besoins du pouvoir adjudicateur ou de l’entité adjudicatrice par suite d’une crise ou assurer la maintenance, la modernisation ou les adaptations des fournitures faisant l’objet du marché.
