10. In keeping with the commitments in the Compact, urges the Government and the Parliament of Bangladesh to adopt, as a matter of absolute priority, the necessary rules and regulations to ensure the effective implementation of the Law, in full consultation with the Tripartite Consultative Council and with particular attention given to the implementation of ILO conventions 87 and 98 on freedom of association and collective bargaining;
10. prie le gouvernement bangladais d'adopter sans plus tarder, en accordant à la question l'extrême priorité qu'elle mérite, conformément aux engagements pris dans le pacte sur la durabilité, les règles ou règlements nécessaires à la bonne application de la loi sur le travail, en étroite concertation avec le conseil consultatif tripartite, en prêtant une attention particulière aux conventions n° 87 et 98 de l'OIT sur la liberté syndicale et la négociation collective et en s'assurant qu'elles s'appliquent également;
