Mr. Pat O'Brien: And indeed that confirms previous testimony, Mr. Chair, we've had at this committee, all the way from the deputy commander of NORAD, a Canadian general, George Macdonald, that the contribution we'd most likely be asked to make would be an asymmetrical contribution in NORAD—in other words, taking up more of what goes on at Cheyenne Mountain, freeing up Americans to do more on this system.
