My interest and my relevant experience stems from my 30-year career as an investigator, first as a detective chief inspector with the Royal Hong Kong Police, where I served for 12 years until just prior to the handover back to China, and second, as a fraud and corruption investigator here in Canada in the corporate world, where I've lived and worked for the past 18 years.
