This declaration must state that products imported in accordance with this Chapter will not be diverted for any use other than further processing by a method which at least meets the standards of one of the processes described in Annex VI, Chapter III. This declaration must be presented to, and annotated by, the competent authority at the border inspection post at the first point of entry of the goods into the Community, and thereafter accompany the consignment up to the oleochemical plant.
Cette déclaration doit établir que les produits importés conformément au présent chapitre ne seront pas détournés à d'autres fins que la transformation ultérieure selon une méthode répondant au moins aux normes d'un des processus décrits à l'annexe VI, chapitre III. Cette déclaration doit être présentée à l'autorité compétente au poste d'inspection frontalier du point d'entrée de la marchandise sur le territoire de la Communauté pour y être visée par ladite autorité, et doit accompagner l'envoi jusqu'à l'usine oléochimique.
