25 (1) Subject to subsection (2), every dressed poultry carcass of the species and weight set out in Column I of an item or subitem of the table to this section shall not have its original weight increased by more than the percentage set out in Column II of that item or subitem as a result of washing, chilling or other contact with water in a registered establishment or during transportation from a registered establishment to another registered establishment.
25 (1) Sous réserve du paragraphe (2), l’augmentation du poids d’une carcasse de volaille habillée visée à la colonne I du tableau du présent article, à la suite du lavage, du refroidissement ou d’un autre contact avec de l’eau, dans l’établissement agréé, ou pendant le transport d’un établissement agréé à un autre, ne peut excéder le pourcentage indiqué à la colonne II de ce tableau.
