Point 4(b) of Annex II to Decision 2007/598/EC provides that birds vaccinated against avian influenza kept in zoos that are not approved in accordance with Directive 92/65/EEC may be moved to other Member States, after authorisation by the Member State of destination, provided that they meet the requirements set out in that Decision and they are accompanied by a health certificate, as laid down in Part 1 of Annex E to that Directive, specifying that they are conform to Decision 2007/598/EC and are vaccinated against avian influenza on a specified date.
L’annexe II, point 4 b), de la décision 2007/598/CE dispose que les oiseaux vaccinés contre l’influenza aviaire détenus dans des jardins zoologiques qui ne sont pas agréés conformément à la directive 92/65/CEE peuvent être transportés dans d’autres États membres après autorisation de l’État membre de destination à condition qu’ils satisfassent aux dispositions de ladite décision et soient accompagnés du certificat sanitaire figurant à l’annexe E, première partie, de ladite directive, lequel doit préciser qu’ils sont conformes à la décision 2007/598/CE et ont été vaccinés contre l’influenza aviaire à une date précisée.
