It was set up by the E4 Group as a new legal body in 2008, with the support of the Commission, in response to the 2007 meeting of Bologna Ministers in London and in line with the principles set out in the 2006 Recommendation. The Register is open to agencies operating in the EHEA on condition that they demonstrate their compliance with the European Standards and Guidelines.
Il a été établi par le groupe E4 en tant que nouvelle entité juridique en 2008, avec l’appui de la Commission, en réponse à la réunion des ministres chargés du processus de Bologne tenue à Londres en 2007; conforme aux principes énoncés dans la recommandation de 2006, le registre est ouvert aux agences de l’EEES à condition qu’elles démontrent leur conformité avec les «références européennes et lignes directrices».
