The Audit Board, as an oversight body, confirms annually that, to the best of its knowledge and judgement, the operations of EIF have been carried out in compliance with the Statutes and the Rules of Procedure, and that the financial statements give a true and fair view of the financial position of EIF as regards its assets and liabilities, and of the results of its operations for the financial year under review.
Le collège de commissaires aux comptes, en sa qualité d’organisme de supervision, confirme tous les ans que, pour autant qu’il sache et puisse en juger, les opérations du FEI ont été menées conformément aux statuts et au règlement et que les états financiers donnent une image fidèle, à l’actif comme au passif, de la situation financière du FEI et des résultats de ses opérations pour l’exercice considéré.
