These actions have been coordinated with the Member States. Following the European Council of 8/9 December, the Commission participated in a demarche made in the name of the Community of the Twelve to the Ethiopian authorities with a view notably to facilitating access and distribution of relief to all of the population presently affected by famine.
A la suite du Conseil européen des 8 et 9 décembre, la Commission a participé à une démarche entreprise au nom de la Communauté des Douze auprès des autorités éthiopiennes afin, notamment, de faciliter l'accès, et la distribution des secours, à toute la population actuellement touchée par la famine.
