(2) If, during the period beginning on July 1, 2003 and ending on July 1, 2009, sections 13 and 14 of the Distillery Departmental Regulations, C.R.C., c. 570, would have applied in any circumstance had those sections, as they read on June 30, 2003, been in force and section 1.1 of the Excise Act not been enacted, those sections apply, with any modifications that the circumstances require.
(2) Les articles 13 et 14 du Règlement ministériel sur les distilleries, C.R.C., ch. 570, s’appliquent, avec les adaptations nécessaires, dans le cas où ils auraient été applicables en toutes circonstances au cours de la période commençant le 1 juillet 2003 et se terminant le 1 juillet 2009 s’ils avaient été en vigueur, dans leur version du 30 juin 2003, et si l’article 1.1 de la Loi sur l’accise n’avait pas été édicté.
